The main reason for the visit was to reprogram a new key. That was ordered nearly three weeks ago and found out today that either the wrong key was ordered and not able to be programmed - or it was never ordered in the first place. I tried to order several times but the computer ordering system was down for quite some time. Not sure why someone couldn’t have picked up the phone to order - instead wait for the computer program to be back up and running. If the computers go down is there absolutely no way to order parts? Have an analog option. We have to drive an hour and a half to Flagstaff so I have to make a special trip that I wasn’t expecting to get this done. We are loyal Toyota folks - but our next vehicle will be bought someplace other than Findlay in Flagstaff. I was not happy with the whole experience. I do understand that mistakes happen - but I feel there is a lack of accountability. And really - why do you not have keys in stock for a RAV4? Makes no sense. This branch has lost my business once we get this new key. Sorry.

Well done to the entire Flagstaff Findlay Toyota!! Randy, Jimmy, James, Joe and “detective” Rachel are worthy of applause!!!We were in a real pickle having been stranded on two trips….in the 100 + degree desert due to a mystery problem!!!! Three fine service entities (one in CA) did their best but we continued to suffer being stranded! Findlay Toyota Flagstaff rubbed their hands together and declared….”we want a shot at tacking this problem!” Joe calmed our weary fears and your team Won!
