Hallie honored the price I was quoted for the oil change but this has happened to me twice at Findlay Toyota that the price I was quoted over the phone for an oil change was quoted higher when I arrived so I think you should put down in your notes, the price you quoted a customer because some of your staff is either train differently with different pricing or when your prices change the service advisor does not know what the customer was quoted from the phone representatives in service

This was our first visit to your service department, and I found it a real let down, compared to what we were used to with Suburu. We had a 7:30 appointment, and when I arrived around 7:20 there was a line of about 8 cars waiting ahead of us. Cars that arrived after me got checked in before me: the whole process was chaotic. When I mentioned this to my service advisor Mike he basically asked what else did I expect at 7:30 on a Monday. This makes me wonder why even bother having appointments? I had been planning to wait during the servicing (it was just our 5K check up) but he told me it would be one and a half hours. So, I asked my wife to pick me up. But 45 minutes later, just as we were getting to work, he called to say the car was ready. So, a better estimate of the time would have saved us 2 trips. Finally, the information provided when I picked up the car was woefully inadequate. What does it mean that the tires "were rotated to best possible location on the vehicle." Were they rotated front to back or not? There was no mention one way or another as to whether an oil change was done, only that the fluids had been topped up. I'm left feeling that this entire thing was a waste of time, and that we'd be better off paying a little money and taking it to an independent service station. I went to Flagstaff Toyota because of my flat tire. As explained to me, they found a pinhole, and they just put a patch on it. I was sent home knowing that they solved my problem. However, the next day, the same tire was flat again. I was so stressed and frustrated since I had to work that day, and I have an upcoming trip soon. I tried to call customer service, but the call center agent told me that they cannot book me an appointment since their system was down. The only good thing that happened I was able to contact Cassey and he instructed me to go back the next day.
