This is a 10-month-old vehicle. It was recommended that I have new wipers, alignment, rebalancing of tires on this lease vehicle. I do not like being upsold. I do not like being told that something needs to be done every time I come in for service. Advisors are nothing more than salesman. If my car actually needs something I would do the work to get it done. Also, I asked about a cabin filter because it smells like an evaporative cooler. That item alone was nearly $100. I can buy those at a Auto Prt store for about 20/30 bucks. You have enough customers and enough inventory that you shouldn't need to upsell on everything. Leslie and ty never tried to upsell. You used to offer free services for small items. That day is gone. Every time I come in I'm on the defense.
