Nestor is really good at what he does and I have no problem with him. I do have a problem with the fact I was told it would cost 920.00 for 4 tire sensors for my car or 320.00 for one. I said no for right now. I went to les schwabs and they told me they could do it for under 200.00 for all 4 of them. Why such a big price difference?

I was a little late to my appointment and really appreciate the accommodation of squeezing me in! I mentioned a previous issue with my skid plate, that was relayed to the tech and was notified there are stripped screws when the service was completed. I have taken this vehicle to other Toyota dealership with the same complaint and their response was ‘no issue found. Going above and beyond is refreshing

He is a keeper. Professional. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Courteous and pleasant to work with. He reviewed my Toyota care package and found I had been charged for oil changes previously as others misread the paperwork. Taking my purchase date as the extended warranty expiration date.
Also found a mistake another company had made regarding my alignment ( that they didn’t do). 200% customer service. Hard to find these days !!
