Austin helped me and his service was very good. However it seemed like both times I went to drop and pick up I had to wait to be helped as the staff made it known they were busy and short staffed which came off rude and unprofessional. I also encountered rude stares from the sale associate a female in particular which was completely unexpected considering I was not there to buy I was specifically there waiting to be helped when she looked over just to glare. Seems like Walla Walla Toyota has a couple of good employees and 20 unhappy miserable ones. My experience was suddenly having the urge of wanting to just get out of there.

I am completely satisfied with the service I received for my vehicle today. I need to mention that the format for making an appointment is very frustrating and time consuming. It is not user/customer friendly. The online format wouldn’t give me the service that I was seeking. It would only give me the service they recommended which was not what I needed to schedule. I hope you go back to the way we were able to schedule in the past, with a real person. Thank you!

Andy was great! The tech, Greg was also great. After the issue was not initially fixed, I returned and Greg asked me a few questions, then took another 45 minutes and got the issue resolved. I was thankful he drove it and the trailer with me riding along and it turns out it was a software update. I was also very appreciative of the ride home to Milton Freewater and the pickup. It’s a great service and your driver is so friendly. Very happy and love my Toyotas.
