Nestor Monreal was very polite and aimed to please. A week prior to this appt I received a text (not associated with Nestor’s phone number) indicating I was past due for service. I texted asking what service as I showed I had several months and several thousand miles before this was needed. My oil light came on Friday evening (oil can with a drip). My husband and I both checked multiple times and checked to see that the oil cap was on tight. I made an appt and was told the fuel cap was loose and the engine light was showing. I am always cognizant to tighten the fuel cap and until having this car under warranty changed my own oil/maintained my own vehicle as my father was a mechanic and made sure I knew how to do these things. That was not what we saw. It wsss definitely the oil sign. It cost $70+ ?! The discrepancies make me wonder what is occurring. Nestor checked and verified my service period should not have been questioned as I had a maintenance check in November. Is the dealership pressing their associates to pursue service that is not needed?

I was completely sastisfied with everything in the service department. Austin and Oscar are great to work with. What I am unhappy about is the 3% charge for using a credit card. This charge has been around since credit cards were in existance. It is a cost of doing business, and almost all businesses absorb that cost. To pass it on to the customer in the manner that you have makes me wonder about the financial security of Walla Walla Toyota. You need to rethink this decision.
