There was a call to me regarding my service coverage. I was initially told this might be covered by the $1050.00 service package I purchased with my car in Kirkland. So after going home and calling Kirkland Toyota and speaking with the sales manager there who made a call to your dealership, he provided me with a name on who to speak to, I brought my original sales paperwork with me and it was discovered that the computer program had not completed the information when the service writer first looked. Resolved, Want to impress you service customers, vacuum the drivers area.
