The part to repair my car was in your dealership on 10/25/23 but on 10/30/23 i called to find out when the part would be in and low and behold…it was there…no one called me when it arrived…i had to call and ask to find out…they did get me right in thanks to Oscar (very nice young man)..I really think it would be good customer service to call the customer whennthe part arrives…

Juan was great! However when I picked up my vehicle it was such loud engine noise I could not hear the radio. On my way home it backfired a couple of times and was racing during gear changes. I sent a message back to the service department after being on hold for 5 min then listening to the phone ring for 30 times. I would like someone to contact me with a time o can bring the vehicle back I. For further repair.
