Took 3 hours for a simple oil change. Took up my ENTIRE Saturday afternoon. Piece was broken off my back windshield wiper 2 oil changes ago when they changed it and said they ordered it and still yet have not replaced it. Was not told about tires or anything about my vehicle inspection. Strongly considering never returning.

The gentleman that took my information down, forgot to put into the service report I wanted my tires rotated, ????. Hannah, didn't know I had requested the work. Meagan is great, she's looking to fix the problem, I really appreciate her.
