It was very busy and it took awhile to have someone help me when I first arrived, even though I had an appointment scheduled. Then when I received a text message telling me the results of an inspection. I didnt understand the recommendations, so texted back asking someone to explain further. I got no response. I finally walked around to the area where advisors were. Everyone was busy and I could not find anyone to help me. So I went back to the waiting area, very frustrated. Finally my advisor came to talk to me. He was very nice and explained what was found so that I could understand it. There were 2 very expensive issues, which he said parts would have to be ordered. I did not have another hour and a half to wait anyway. But he said he would print out an estimate and detailed description of each. When I got home, I had nothing but receipt papers on the service I had done. Also my tpms light was on. Very frustrating, as now I will have to make another trip out to get it turned off or looked at. My husband wants to take my truck somewhere else to have the expensive work done or at least to get a second opinion. I have always brought my truch back to Airport Honda where we purchased it new in 2007. But this is the first time I have been frustrated with the whole experience. I must say everyone was very nice and very busy. I give them all credit for working hard

I was surprised that they could get my car fixed so fast. I know they had other cars to work on before mine came in. Joe seemed to really care about getting it back on the road for me and helping with a few small problems that had popped up. Very happy with Hondas service department.

I went in for a battery check because my car was slow to start and sounded like the battery was dying and ended up with a $6600 estimate for a bunch of other things. I chose not to do the repairs, but was told the battery issue was just a loose battery cable and was "fixed" (Airport Honda installed the new battery by the way, in Feb. 2023) and that the battery , alternator, and starter tested fine. The car ended up not starting the same morning I picked it up and had to be jumped by AAA. Airport Honda could not even diagnose and fix what I brought it in for. Given that a previous estimate in Aug to replace just two lug studs and lug nuts was $644 + tax (I had a local tire place fix them for $87 out the door), you can see why I no longer trust Airport Honda's ability to accurately diagnose or estimate repairs. They failed to find an oil leak, as well, years ago, replacing the head gadget twice at a crazy price! Another local shop found the issue finally with experienced troubleshooting and finally fixed it for a small fraction of Airport Honda's next estimate. I've been going to Airport Honda for service since 2008, but they have gone downhill, losing my trust.

We were very pleased with the service that was provided by Honda. We were there for an oil change, tire rotation and balance, and a recall repair and were out in just under two hours! Mary was also very friendly and pleasant to work with!
