Hannah went above and beyond!!! We had a nail in the side wall of the tire. She called Economy Honda in Chattanooga to see if our tires were covered and got us back on the road. I was told the covered recall and oil change would take 3 hours. It took 5 hours. The service tech left my steering wheel unlocked and right after I left the dealership I was executing a turn on a busy road and the steering wheel pulled out a couple inches, startling me. Very scary and dangerous incident. I had to return to the dealership to figure out how to lock the steering wheel in place.
