I was satisfied with my service but I did not interact with Meagan Pless. I stated this to the people that helped me. I am not sure why a service consultant is assigned if ultimately they aren’t going to be the person helping you. I honestly wasn’t upset that someone else helped me, but it doesn’t seem fair if the pay is commission based.

You know what? Completely satisfied is truly NOT a very good description. Meghan was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!! She explained what they did, she helped me fix my issue w/the display on my dash, she told me what would need to be done next time & she didn’t talk down to me b/c I am not a very mechanical or technological person. She treated me w/the utmost respect & dignity. I have never been to the service department in a car dealership & been treated this way. Usually I’m given a minimal amt of information, treated w/the proverbial pat on the head, & if I have a question I’m treated w/impatience & sometimes disdain. NOT MISS MEGHAN! B/c of the way she treated me, I WILL BE BACK!
Also, I never knew a car dealership would treat ANYONE the way I’ve been treated. If I have a question, I can call Kevin Coffman & he takes care of anything I need! And now I also have Miss Meghan. Thank you Airport Honda for having the highest quality of people working for you! PLEASE ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF YOUR STAFF!!!!!
