Meagan was fantastic. She was very patient with me having phone issues and explained everything clearly. She went the extra mile walking me to my car and double checking all was good. She was also very friendly and fun to deal with. And thank to everyone there squeezing in an important repair caught early before I was stranded!

My wait time was almost 3 hours. I bought 2 new tires and had them put on and on the way home my low pressure tire light came on. I called and left a voicemail on Joe’s phone and he did not call me back. I also had front and rear brake pads replaced and a front end alignment. Your customer service was a bit lacking today.
