My advisor was outstanding… I came in with no appointment. She worked me in. She saw that I had a special needs son with me - she had a shuttle take me and my son to a local restaurant and arranged for us to be picked up when the truck was finished. A truly outstanding experience. She has a winsome attitude and caring personality.

Cost was over $100.00 more than I had been led to believe it would be and then the calculation of the bill was inaccurate times 2 before finally getting to a total. But that total was, as stated more than I had been led to believe it would be. Also, the time it took was over more than an hour longer than it should have been. Need to make some improvements!
