The Service Team are consistently high performers; today the hit it out of the park again (as the saying goes). I am genuinely satisfied and able to rate my service writer/liaison as excellent. Easy and comfortable to wait at this dealership and the waiting time flew by. Kudos to these folks who set a high standard.

My vehicles engine oil was totally overfilled, by nearly 500ml.
This cause’s excessive pressure in the engine and therefore seals get damaged. I will bring the vehicle in for this to be rectified but I have already done at least 500 miles since the service so damage could already have been done.
