No one called to give me update so l could give ok on part of the problem. I called at least 5 times and always got voicemail. No return calls were made. Then there was miscommunication between team members. All this was frustrating and delayed getting the car back. It was a short of workers type busy day again. That is hard on the customer and the employees. Not good business.
