You guys are to change the oil every 7500 miles ,regardless of what the oil life percentage says,I may change it in between that ,but you guys stick to the 7500 that was part of the deal when car was purchased, two years of oil changes for free.

After purchasing a premium maintenance package that details all services covered under such package, I was still asked to pay for several services that were indeed covered. It took asking the maintenance personnel several times and engaging with the financial manager before my purchased maintenance package was ever even looked at and considered. I expect in the future that the maintenance department communicates with financial department to honor such promises that customers like myself are paying to guarantee. I was very highly dissatisfied with the treatment and run around I experienced from the maintenance department. I would hope in the future the maintenance department is properly educated, equipped, and willing to put forth effort that guarantees customer satisfaction.
