My vehicle has been there 6 days with little to no communication from Mary unless I ask for it and even then I don’t get the impression that my van is any priority. I was told that my van is fine and that I can come pick it up since they couldn’t duplicate the problem. I had to come drive it for the tech to duplicate it. He then pushed some buttons on the screen and a whole list of network error codes popped up. I’m pretty sure he could have done that the first day it was there. I feel like this is an annoying, hard thing to fix and they don’t want to do it. I still need it done though. Is there another tech team that would be able to do it quicker?

But you shouldn't charge people to clean battery terminals. That should be something done on a vehicle oilchange and inspection for free. You fill up all the liquids on it. Battery inspection and cleaning should be part of it too.
