All was good with exception of receiving personnel. I know y’all were very busy and I understood I had to wait to be fitted in. When I realized my vehicle was ready I went to desk and asked about it. Gal at desk indicated to me she had other things going on mentioning what she was dealing with. Again I realize how busy things were but I was put into a position of which I felt guilty for asking about my car. Do I said yes mam!!! Then she said I don’t have time to do your ticket now that she could email it to me. I said that’s fine. I’ve worked in busy similar situation myself but never disrespected my customers to feel they were imposing on me.
