The tonneau cover install looks great. However, the warranty body work (door trim) is amateurish. It's already peeling off, but it looks nothing like the factory install, including not being aligned properly.
I am hesitant to consider using your body shop again, as the quality of work seems extremely poor. It's the opposite of what I've experienced on the sales side so far.

I just west to pick up my vehicle. A gentleman asked me if I was there to pick up the car and then my name but he could not find the work order
( wearing a Newton patriots jersey) .
I tried to make lite of the situation and joked, “ did you lose my car?”
I showed the work order to him on my phone, which reports Samantha as the service associate. He asked her for assistance but she could not find it either .
She then insulted me by asking in a condescending manner, “Are you sure someone didn’t already picked it up?” I know I’m old, but no need to get insulted.
The man with the Newton jersey eventually found my car. He was very helpful and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name.

Unfortunately my Sullivan Brothers experience was sub par this time. When j got there I was the only car in the bay and there was no service tech to check me in. They said I had to wait with the car for them to get an ipad. The online system seems to be slowing down the process for the customer. Even at the desk, I’m still signing paper copies and digital copies. There were not a lot of service staff there so it seemed that my staff member, Patty, was overwhelmed with 4 customers waiting for updates on their car. When my simpler service was done, I still had to wait 45 min to be able to take my car home. I ended up just going to find Patty after she told me my car would be ready in 5 min. Once I was able to find her it took another 15 min to finish both paperwork and digital paperwork at her desk. I was trying to be understanding of limited staff and Patty having a lot of customers waiting. But most of our time at the counter was spent by me listening to her complain about her arthritis and how it prevents her from doing her job at a speed she used to do it. I felt bad for her but also awkward because as a customer, I’m a little frustrated at this point and I can tell the others waiting around the service desks are too! There was another woman offering to help check customers out but Patty said no, which meant the customers had to wait. All in all, it took 2 hours and 45 min for me to get a tire rotation, multi point inspection and a state inspection. Usually I can get out of there in 1 hour for that service.
