I’ve already shared my disappointment with the service manager about my experience. Two phone calls not returned & an appointment my service representative failed to make. It took me being proactive to fix the problem. Hopefully this was a fluke as I’ve had very good experiences in the past-thx Peter

Patty is always wonderful !! She was able to get the car in yesterday for service and the new wheel I had to buy was there as promised . My complaint is this ….
When I went out to get in / look at …. From the oil change - and being put on lift …… there were many many many nasty - grease / oil hand print’s literally all over the front and side - doors etc . NOT GOOD aim my opinion! I told to Patty and she offered to go out and clean it off .. told her no need -as she was super busy with customers . The new wheel - was on the car — unfortunately the tire person — mounted the tire wrong side out — it had to broken down and remounted… there - again - the white grease to seal the tire to wheel was all over the tire and wheel. There was another gentleman employee that heard me telling Patty — he wakes up with the towel and was wiping the car .. he was very kind and super nice . ( didn’t get his name ). I know these minor issues might be trivial to some — but me — not . I pride myself on owning the car I pushed my finances to buy - I drive from Provincetown- to your dealership- for both cars I have purchased for service and other things . My career is to give 1000 percent superior patient and customer care and service …. I feel theses things need to be addressed —- have the team wash oil - from hands before TOUCHING painted areas of cars … and notice how to mount the tire on correct side out …. Just my thoughts and opinions….I spent total with you yesterday in the neighborhood of 1700. Not that that should matter . Everyone gets the same treatment for 1.00 as 100,000. Hopefully this message will help others see and understand— treat others property like it belongs to them . Clint

Christian was very attentive he listened and addressed my concerns...my bad experience was with the timing of my stay...I was told it would be about an hour and a half...I had an appointment too...after an hour and 50 minutes I asked how much longer...I was informed they hadn't started on it yet...at that point it took about 30 minutes to complete the work

Terrible, I called for an appointment for an oil change and got a confirmation email. When I arrived I was told there was no appointment and had to wait 2 hours to get it done. The service manager tried help as best he could but it still took 2 hours and if I wanted to reschedule I was going to have to wait a week
