Bill did a great job. Not sure about your mechanics. Tacoma had to be serviced four times for AC issues. The diagnostics should have showed all of the issues and should only have been in once to fix the problems.

I came in for a scheduled appointment for an oil change and it took 3 hours for my service they tried to sell air filter and cabin filter to me that are less than a month old Patty Majeski the service advisor was very rude and uneducated . Then the grill on my truck was covered in grease or oil . The service department has really gone hill over the last few years
