Unbelievable 10 car backup in the line of cars waiting SCHEDULED APPTS. Waited in line 20 min only to find out it would be a 2 hr wait for my SCHEDULED appt. Kept asking how this could have happened. Staff said they did not know but it had happened before. So totally unacceptable!!! We should have all received a 50% discount for the really bad computer or dept communications gliche that caused this to happen. Got a courtesy ride back home - thanks. Staff did not cause this - they did their best.

I went in for an oil change when I arrived I asked if I could also add an inspection sticker to my service. I was told that I needed four new tires and that there was a recall that they were going to correct. Bill said he would get me a few prices on the tires. I waited with my kids for a little over 3 hours. I never got the pricing for the tires nor was the recall corrected. So I literally waited 3 hours for just an oil change.

Bill was excellent.
However this was the second appointment for the 65,000 mile service.
When I arrive for my first appointment I was told that there would be two hours before they could get to my car so I could not wait. When I arrived today for my 1:30 appointment I was told that the wait time plus service time would be approximately 1 1/2 hours so I waited. Car was really at 3:30.
I understand delays and service taking longer than expected.However when there is a two hour and a one hour delay in scheduled service I believe the customer should be notified before they arrive. Thank you.

The service guy was fantastic and so nice. However, almost 3.5 hours for an oil change/tire rotation is absolutely unacceptable. I plan to call on Monday about it. I made an appointment a week ago for noon. I drop it off at 11:50, run an errand and come back at 1 and sit until 3:15. That is poor service. Was not told it would be that long and until I went and checked I was not updated.

Brought car in at 9:00am because error lights were on. Wanted to know what was wrong. By 5:00 pm still no update. Got to service dept to find tires rotated??? And no explanation of my problem. Needs another appointment after having car for 8 hours. Seems ok now.
