I had an appt. For 2:30. It was for a sticker . I waited almost 2 hours for a sticker!! Why give an appointment you can’t keep. The woman at the desk was a little gruff and ignored me while she ate her food. Made me stand there like I was invisible! Definitely not very good!

The visit was uneventful but took longer than quoted and there seemed to be no sense of urgency to get me back on the road after the service was complete. My car was ready to drive away for quite a long time. Finally, I had to go ask for my car, and it still took way too long to sign a form and set up my next appointment.
