I Have the platinum extended warranty on my jeep Sahara unlimited 4xe. Issue I encountered was the check engine light was on, and battery voltage light was on. To ensure warranty coverage, I had to have Sullivan Toyota evaluate situation to proceed with my warranty repair. Technician diagnosis determined car motor at times didn't turn over and determined the engine battery was the issue, but that the hybrid battery was not the problem. A new engine battery was installed, but stated all warning light remain on, and I'd need to take to Jeep dealer. When I picked up Jeep today had a hard time starting the Jeep, as did Christian, nso realized issue was not the engine battery. I dropped Jeep of at Best Jeep and they determined issue is the Hybrid battery, that engine battery has nothing to do with the problem. As the engine battery had nothing to do with the problem, I'd be happy to have my original battery re-installed, or a credit for the one installed that was not required and fixed nothing. Patty is great to deal with - my issue is about the action taken which was unnecessary and resolved nothing. I should have been advised to proceed directly with a Jeep Dealership straight away. Thank you for awesome troubleshooting and balancing all four tires. Not sure how a new vehicle was only 561 miles on it would need all four tires balanced, but going 65 or 70 over the last week. The back of the truck is vibrated unbelievably thank you for all of your help it rides now.
