Bill Collins did a great job taking care of me during this confusion of getting a recall done. I was exhausted and felt a bit frustrated that the situation took a week to resolve. There were many hiccups and hold ups in the procedure. Bill did his best in keeping me informed during the whole process and provided free transportation on my second visit to Sullivan Brothers Toyota. Though no fault of Bill, the determination of recall should not take 5 days. I was there 7:30 on Monday and only got the issue resolved on Friday afternoon. Again, no fault of Bill, Toyota and Sullivan Toyota’s processes need to be improved. Though substitute transportation was provided, not having our familiar vehicles for the week was inconvenient.
