Called on Monday to schedule a tire change for Thursday. Showed up first thing Thursday morning for my appt..After 45 minutes waiting in the lobby, I was told they never ordered my tire and I needed to come back. Never an apology. In fact, I was told I called the scheduling company instead of the direct number, I said I did call the direct number. He then said, take my card, so next time you call the right number. I said,I did call the right number.
I then came back a four hours later, had the tire put on and again, I was expecting a “sorry for the inconvenience” but nothing.
A simple apology, and I would have understood that things happen, but instead, he tried to make it look like Indid something wrong.
