I wrote everywhere I possibly could that I needed to be notified at work with my work number and extension since I have no cellphone service while at my job. I even told the woman that I spoke to when I scheduled the appointment and made sure they had my work number..... and I was STILL NOT called!! They attempted to text and call my cell- which I was notified about the missed calls and text messages when I walked out of work for the day.
