Very disappointed in the lack of communication/commitment Christian has. When I started as his custom a lit over a year ago I liked him so much I made him my go to guy.
I tried to convey to him that I left him two voicemails and got no response I emailed him and he still didn’t respond. He told me he is very busy running around and next time I should just stop in and see him. My response was well I’m a little busy at my job working.
He got in touch with me to tell me my car would be done by 5 to come then.
My bill was 300. I got the automated text telling me my bill was 550.00z. I paid that. It was another mistake.
Christian left Patty to clean up his mess for the second time. This is after he bad mouthed her to me. She is a gem in the Sullivan Family business.
After all of that the dealership was virtually empty and they couldn’t find my car.
Patty finally located it in the repair bay.
She took care of me and juggled 2 other customers with Grace at 5:30 Saturday night of a holiday weekend.
I’m so disappointed!!! I spoke with Dave the manager about the situation.
I’m shocked that his lack of customer care has declined that much in a year- it has definitely been progressing that way
