The people are wonderful and doing the best they can. My issue is if I schedule an appointment then my car should be brought back before someone who doesn't have an appointment. You should have technicians assigned for the appointment and technicians for walk ins. I understand much like a doctors office you have emergencies or it takes longer than anticipated but I shouldn't be penalized because everyone just decided to show up. My time is just as valuable and I took the time to schedule the appointment and have other appointments to keep and need my vehicle. Other than that I have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone there from the sales team to the technicians to the people on the phone etc.

This is now the second appt for service I’ve made where I am totally available M-F almost all day, and when I say ‘yes’ to a time that the company picks, I am guessing they are picking a time they are not busy, a time slot of their choosing. And when I show up, there are 6-7+ cars waiting in line ahead of me. I’m guessing you are slammed all the time. Samantha was very nice. Just wish my inspection sticker was a little quicker than 2.5h wait.
