Too long. You didn’t really do anything that I didn’t have to pay for. Quite for breaks were outrageous. Sorry, but I can’t justify spending half a day in the coming back to your inspections. It’s just not worth it.

I went in for an oil change that, evidently wasn’t needed until the next visit. However, tires were checked and brake issues were unveiled at that time. I was suprised that pads and rotors needed replacement but Patty walked me through the situation with patience, professionalism, and courtesy.

Awesome service. I really like the multi point inspection especially with an older truck as they not only service what I brought my vehicle in for but also check for things so they can be addressed before they become an issue.

To say I’m disaapointed at the level of service is an understatement. The Sullivan Brothers’ credibility build over a few years has been destroyed. Today, my trust and confidence in your ability to service me in an honest and trustworthy manner is shattered. You ask why, I provide examples: the work I asked for was not completed. The entire reason for the appointment was to replace the splash guard and wheel well, as I pointed out to the person checking me in. I also made it a point, to the person I scheduled the appointment with, to ensure the parts were in stock. Sadly, they were not. I was told the work on my Yaris was completed. And it wasn’t until I got home and self-inspected the wheel well, I was dismayed in seeing the broken plastic piece still there – not replace, repaired or fixed. Further, I received a “recommendation of work” notification from the Service Team. I was in shock to learn a plastic rim protector, priced at $30-60 on eBay Motors, was presented $245 – as well as an air filter, which costs $10 at Walmart, listed at $71 to installed (opening and refastening 4-clips!). Even more, the suspicion and mistrust I feel after the fact on the two items I approved for service. The first was ‘readjustment and cleaning of the rear brakes for $95 noting new breaks were installed 15-months prior. I’m not sure what I paid for with this service, now assuming the service tech used the airgun to clear the dust. More, I can disheartened at paying over $250 to have a Serpentine Belt replaced that was described as “dry-wrotted.” In researching, the belt cost $15.79 to $25.99 online at Advance Auto Parts. Even more, in reviewing my past invoices, I was shocked to see the same belt was replaced 15-months prior by your serive department. I understand it takes time and expertise to replace a belt, but this action is nothing more than a blanant money grab when undersatnding the averave lifespan of a Serpentine Belt is 50k-100k miles and noting we had about 25k on the prior belt (with the car being housed in a garage over the last year). Again, I am extremely upset, displeased and annoyed with the run-around I received yesterday. And do not trust your credibility, trustworthiness or integrity at this point. I question wheether I want to continue to have my Yaris serviced at Sullivan Brothers, nor do I feel I will use them to buy a new car when my daughter graduates college in 2-years. Respectfully, Dan O
