I had to return to the dealership after I noticed the state inspection sticker I paid for was the same one I came in with. It was taken care of quickly, but it’s disappointing it was missed the first time and frankly calls into question the rest of the work that is done. I understand oversights happen….but it was frustrating…

Patty was wildly unprofessional and judgemental about every piece of information I gave about my vehicle questioning my choices and practices as a car owner. She was condescending to the point of being mean. She was also very unprepared and had to ask me the same things multiple times and didn’t look at the appointment I had booked. I’ve been coming for over a year off and on and it’s mainly for the service I’ve received which has also been kind and helpful and I truly don’t know if I’ll be back.
