This is twice I’ve had problems with Patty. She’s a lovely person but the latest visit she ordered work to be done on my car that was not requested or necessary. It was supposed to be for another car. Both times required staying at the dealership several hours longer than needed. My husband has been bringing his vehicle for servicing and has had no issues whatsoever.
