First thing is that when I pulled in new program, somebody will come out. Service advisor will come out. I waited approximately 10 minutes and no one came out to service me yet. There were two people sitting at their desk with nobody in front of them. Bill Collins was running around, I came in for an inspection sticker. I had an appointment at 11:30 and I went out , I came in for a inspection sticker I had an appointment at 11:30 and I went out around 12:15 and was told that my car was not even in service to get a sticker. Period I then went. I then went out and talked to Bill Collins, who said that it had never been written up so he took care of. It wrote it up half hour later I was on my way, which should’ve taken a half hour took almost 2 hours and I had an appointment.

Parts were put in to be covered under warranty, but labor for those parts was not put in to be covered so I ended up paying. It is my understanding that a covered service includes the labor as well. Also, on the video for this service they showed how a part had been broken and the service tech who did the video specifically asked something like “has someone serviced this car recently?” Sullivan brothers is the only place that’s serviced the car recently so it is likely Sullivan brothers who broke the part. That should have been accounted for before I was charged. Please review that service video and please review when the car was recently serviced by Sullivan brothers (a week or two ago). Finally, please review your practices of having charged me for labor for a covered repairs. I would very much if you would consider resubmitting the claim to the Toyota financial services.department. I have called them previously and they told me the information I just communicated. That is, parts and labor are covered. They said to ask you to call them to validate the claim.
