You can satisfy me by fixing my car, again! I saved up for many years to finally get the RAV I’ve always wanted. I had nothing but problems with the first one for 6 months. Bought another brand new one but the one I bought was sold out from under me, even with a contract. So I settled for a different one as I needed a car. I started over with my payments and lost my down payment. The second RAV is giving me nothing but problems since I bought it. Front & rear differential were replaced, transfer case and traction control issues, water pump replaced, battery replaced, seat belt sensor issue and now the rear differential is out again. RAV is supposed to be one of the most reliable vehicles but I’ve had nothing but issues with it. I’ve been screwed by sales and given the run around by the service dept. I am done dealing with conniving and incompetent employees. At the very least, this needs to be rectified u see warranty or I will will take this much further!!

I was told 2 hrs to install a cover on the tailgate and steps. The cover was missing a part but put on anyway and they installed the wrong steps. The truck was there for 8 hrs! Really?
