Totally messed up scheduling the appointment. Was told it was scheduled for Friday, September 6th at 8:00 as requested. But was told I was there 24 hours early. Took 3 1/2-4 hours to get an oil change and cabin filter replacement. Wife had medical appointments and wound up walking 6 miles in the heat to get from one to the next. Told there was additional 3% fee to pay with credit card. Extremely dissatisfied, don't plan to come back again.
