The staff that they had were great, friendly and knowledgeable. They are short half the people needed to keep everything running smoothly. That’s a management issue which has a lasting effect when you have to sit there and wait on things just because the working staff only has so much time to do their job. They used to have a lot of refreshments now you don’t even have coffee at 10:30 in the morning. Everything was clean and tidy, but too much wait time.
