Howie always leaves me feeling better than when I came in. Really great guy, I’ve been to about 4 or 5 dealerships to get service and all the other ones pale in comparison. Thank you guys.

On the service prior to the one on 5-30-24 I placed a spot of orange paint on the left front sidewall. After that service the marked tire was on the left rear( ok) however on yesterday’s service the marked tire was still on the left rear tire.
You might ask yourself why I would mark my tire. We’ve owned many Toyota and in California I marked my tire and was told that the tech rotated the tires and was adamant about it until I showed the service manager my photo a the date and time stamp.

This my second hybrid camera from Anderson Toyota. Until today when an appointment was made my car was serviced in 40 minutes or less. 2.5 hours after an appointment is made isnt very good service at all. Your very good with text messages if you can't do a scheduled service in a reasonable time you could have sent a text to either cancel or reschedule. Then when picking up the vehicle instead of at least expressing some empathy for having a client wait 2.5 hours your told you need 4 new tires on a vehicle with 20k miles on it for another $850.
