Howard was very good.The problem is the cost was $200 more than the quote.Can’t remember the lady who gace me the quote.I drove all the way from Ft Mohave to beat the quote I received here at home! Can you understand my frustration! Don’t want to get anyone in trouble but any kind of business deal relys on an accurate quote.I’ve driven Toyotas for 32 years and this is the worst experience I have had at any Toyota Dealer.

The guy asked me how was my day, answered and said i just came from az carwash. He said but we have a free carwash in here. Told him clearly that i dont use the free carwash. P.S. not all people like to use automatic carwash. Some people are sensitive to swirl marks. If toyota does not care, please respect customers choice. Received a text that my car is done, so went to my agent and he said it is ready for the wash, good thing we ran outside and had the time to pull it. He didnt even care about what i said. Anyway, no choice,just venting out
