I was a little taken aback by the long list of service items that will cost me over $6000 to fix not so much that my service agent had to be the deliver of bad news the fact that I bought the vehicle at Anderson Ford and have been serving it with Anderson Ford And was a little shocked at the massive laundry list I got today. Not saying anyone is to blame just honestly don’t understand how I can be getting service at one place and nothing’s wrong and now suddenly everything is wrong especially since my budget isn’t that big

Yes everything goes very smoothly and quickly with my service appointments with Jose Chavez. I was disappointed in the fact that the car wash was down and that's because I've been having service appointments for almost 2 years now (2 different trucks) and I have had one car wash total after my service appointments. My first truck never received a car wash after my service appointment due to the remodeling of the car wash!
