The sales manager didn't call back about questions I had. Steve s3emed new and unsure how to process toyotacare tire and wheel but seemed awfully confident in not replacing my tire while it is a service I paid extra for. The other service managers were rude when I asked about pricing overall everyone I interacted with was unpleasant which explains also why I didn't purchase a car at Anderson toyota. The sales person didn't seem interested in making a sale when I had cash and pre-approval... it's a mystery how anderson toyota us in business...

I don’t like the text updates. I want a service person to talk to me about the process. I got a text my car was done, I went in the office to get my keys and I was not acknowledged right away and they didn’t know why I was in there. I had to say my car is ready.

My 2021 Avalon was washed after service, which I appreciate
However, it was not wiped dry and now is covered in water spots. I'm going to have to take it to a car wash because my beautiful car looks terrible. ????
