Danille was awesome????. Upon getting my car back after waiting almost 2 hours I opened the door and my car smelt so bad (like a stinky dog and B.O.). I have never had a dog in my vehicle. I was offered a free carwash, cool I was happy about this until I came out and had to dry off my car ???? myself. On my paperwork it says they vacummed interior but that wasnt done. Im just confused why they did a mat inspection and kept pointing that out several times. So is that why it took so long this time? From what I can see on my paperwork all they did was oil change checked my floor mats and multipoint inspection
