I dropped my vehicle this morning at 7:30am for oil change, had an appointment. I mentioned to the guy that there was a sound coming from the vehicle. He checked me outside on their pad, gave me a ticket but didn't communicate that I had to go inside. We came back at 11:30am and the vehicle was outside. They had not done oil change yet because I didn't go inside. No one bothered to give me a phone call. We will no longer be taking our vehicle there when Jose isn't there. We never have these issues when he is there.

Jennifer is, as always, amazing. Oil change completed and we weren't able to turn off seat heater, as mine is stuck on. She knew I did not have a lot of time and wanted to get going. She always looks out for the customer.
