Oil change appointment at 3 pm and car wasn’t taken back until 4. Total time was almost 3 hours. I did appreciate that they didn’t charge for the service but was still disappointed in the length of time service took.

I woke up to a flat tire and my first call was to Jose and the service team. I was relayed the road assistance number which I called without issue to be on my way to the service team to replace my tire. Jose and the team are very welcoming and took care of my needs the whole time waiting for my service to be done just flew by without issue. Some further issues were recommended and with the technology from the tech it was easy to make informed decisions regarding my car which is a plus as a female.
