Jennifer is my go to service technician! She explains things so it’s easy to understand, she’s always patient with me when I’m asking questions and she doesn’t try to upsell me she’s always fair and gives it to me straight what needs to be done. She’s amazing!

We came in under not great circumstances. We were told that we were out of our prepaid service and that we have paid for our last 2 two changes, which wasn’t true. We asked for no car wash, the car was washed. They didn’t put a new sticker on the window with the next oil change info. She was pretty snippy the whole time and gave advice that went against the advice that we were getting from the service manager. We miss Seema.

Service was good. Not happy about surcharge which was I was not made aware of till handing you my credit card. I’m assuming that I was also charged sales tax on this surcharge. I would have written a check had I been forwarded of this charge. I understand the business end of it but you can deduct this a a business expense but I’m left with an added expense. I only get one percent of this amount back at the end of a calendar year.
