Knowing upfront that I was from the Prescott area and had no appointment, Jose said he would have my vehicle serviced with a complementary car wash and I would be out in about an hour. 2 1/2 hours later he told me my vehicle was ready (without the complementary car wash). I asked why it took so long, he said it was because I didn't purchase the car from Anderson and I didn't have an appointment. Fact is, he knew that when he said it would only take an hour.
