Everything went well, took a long time having to wait. But other than that Mike was great and explained everything in detail.

Had an appointment at Toyota for service and a recommended brake fluid change. Brake fluid change was completed and upon departure from Toyota realized service was not done. Paid brake fluid change and had to return to have service done. Appointment was 9:15 am arrived early and left at almost 12:00 pm. Understand completely that business was busy, but probably should have been moved ahead of the line due to miscommunication with service employees. In the flip side, Mike was very professional and made no excuses. Thanks Mike.
