I scheduled my appointment online yesterday for service today. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and directed to the service writer. He asked if I had any questions or concerns and then directed me to the waiting area mentioning the free drinks and snacks. Josh kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and I was sold a package of pre-paid oil changes to include this service and 4-more for the future. In total, I spent about 2-hrs at the dealership and was satisfied with the experience. Thank you!
