My truck came back with grease inside drivers seat,steering wheel,and carpet.outside drivers door,can’t believe this is the norm. Also adding 3% to credit cards isn’t going to make me shop local. Car dealers in Las Vegas don’t add that on. Jose my service tech is always great. I’usually don’t complain but twice this year is too much! Sorry,you asked,Richard L

I brought my car in because something is wrong with the transmission today. Found out that the transmission cable is broken but they said it was because of rodent chewing through it. My car is on the warranty and I spent a lot for the warranty so I feel it could’ve been turned in and covered by the warranty instead of being $600 that I wasn’t expecting really enjoyed the service before but today I was disappointed
