Nothing got fixed. No one called me the only one that did something was a lady at Anderson. Her name was Jennifer but I still have no light on my car.

I brought my truck in because the locks were stiff and as it turned out, for the first time, my steering was uncharacteristically stiff that morning. The locks were fixed, which I’m happy about and steering fluid was apparently added which helped the steering. Unfortunately, I never had any driveline issues until I got the truck back. I drive it daily and have never had an issue until I was told there was a problem with my center support bearing. I told the service writer I never had any problem with it, but as I drove away from the dealership, you better believe I all of a sudden had a big problem with it. I don’t know how much it was “adjusted” during this inspection, but it was returned to me in much, much worse condition than I left it in the morning. I’m extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with the experience that had been until this point, quite pleasant.

I made an appointment for 8 30 in the morning to have my vehicle serviced it took 3hrs.to get it serviced. I thought that the idea of an appointment was to start working on my vehicle at the appointment time not a 2 hrs later. The sign says express service 3 hrs is not what I call express.
